The Village of Evendale
Special Council Meeting
September 27, 2005
The Village of Evendale held a Special Council Meeting at 5:00 on September 27, 2005. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Don Apking. Upon roll call, the following members were present: Mr. Jeff Albrinck, Mr. Chris Schaefer, Mrs. Carolyn Smiley-Robertson, Mrs. Catherine Hartman, and Mr. Stiney Vonderhaar. Mr. Bill Puthoff was absent and excused. Also present were: Assistant to the Mayor, Jack Cameron; Economic Director, Linda Fitzgerald and Doug Lohmeier, Dick Schaffer, Planning Commission; John Perazzo, CIC.
Mayor Apking and Council members interviewed five candidates for the Access Management team and one candidate for the Branding Team. The Access Management Teams included Edwards and Kelsey; CDS Associates, Inc.; TEC Engineering, Inc./Parsons Brinckerhoff; LJB, Inc.; and KZF Design. The branding Strategy candidate interviewed was Urban Equity Partners.
Mrs. Hartman left the meeting at 9:00.
With no further business to go before Council a motion was made to adjourn by Mr. Vonderhaar seconded by Mrs. Smiley-Robertson and unanimously approved on roll call. Council adjourned at 10:00 pm.
